Waterfowl: Desoto Tract portion same as outside EXCEPT CLOSED after 12 noon. Remainder of WMA closed to waterfowl hunting. Physically Challenged Wheelchair-Confined Waterfowl Blind: PCHP Waterfowl Blind available on Desoto Tract for use by PCHP Wheelchair Bound class only. One helper allowed to hunt per qualified PCHP permittee. PCHP blind use is first come/first serve.
