Rules and notes
Self-Clearing Permit required for all activities. AREA CLOSED: Nov. 14-15 to all EXCEPT youth deer hunters. All or portions of the area may be closed daily due to military activities. Consult maps posted on Self-Clearing Permit Stations for closed areas. Should no maps be posted, call 318-290-6300 for information on open areas before entering the WMA. Retriever training allowed on selected portions of the WMA. Contact Range Operations at 318-290-6300, T-F, 7am to 4:30pm. The use of metal detecting and magnet fishing is prohibited.
