Owner: Biloxi Marsh Land Corporation (35,644 acres, Hammond
Office)
Self-Clearing Permit required for all activities.
Vessels/Vehicles: All airboats, mud boats, vessels powered by air-
cooled engines, ATVs/UTVs, motorcycles, horses, and mules are pro-
hibited. All types of mud boats, “long-tail,” air cooled propulsion ves-
sels, including “surface-drive” boats, are prohibited. Overnight
mooring of vessels 50 feet in length or less is only allowed at the
designated camping area (see WMA map for location), vessels great-
er than 50 feet in length are prohibited from mooring overnight.
Dogs prohibited except retrievers allowed for waterfowl hunting.
No structures may be erected including fixed or permanent blind of
any type.
All nighttime activities are prohibited EXCEPT hunters may enter the
WMA no earlier than 4 a.m. during hunting season. Fish may only be
taken by rod and reel, and/or hook and line. Bowfishing is prohibited.

Small Game and Waterfowl: Same as outside EXCEPT CLOSED to
waterfowl after 12 noon and squirrel hunting during the spring sea-

BODCAU
Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (33,766 acres, Minden Office)
Self-Clearing Permit required for all activities.
AREA CLOSED (portion): Closed to all hunters EXCEPT youth deer hunt-
ers Oct. 10-11, on designated portion. See WMA map for details. Tow-
able watersports prohibited in Ivan Lake.
Limited Use Area: Small game, turkey and waterfowl same as rest of
WMA. Deer hunting archery only. See WMA map for specific location.
Small Game Emphasis Area: Beagles allowed for rabbit and dogs
allowed for squirrel Oct. 3-30 and training of beagles for rabbits and
dogs for squirrel allowed June 1 - Sept. 30.
Bird Dog Training Area: Open year-round EXCEPT CLOSED during WMA
Turkey Season. Contact Minden Field Office for more information.

vessels prohibited 12 noon to 4 a.m. from Nov. 1 - Jan. 31 in the

Raccoon (nighttime): Dec. 7 - Feb. 28 and May 1 - Sept. 30

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS
BOEUF
Owner: LDWF (51,110 acres, Monroe Office)
Self-Clearing Permit required for all activities. Internal combustion en-
gines and craft limited to 10 Hp rating or less in the Greentree Reser-
voir. All motorized vessels prohibited after 12 noon in the Greentree
Reservoir.
Limited Access Areas: See WMA map for locations.
AREA CLOSED: Closed to all south of LA 4 EXCEPT Youth Deer Hunters
when youth deer season is open (Oct. 10-11). North of LA 4 open to
all activities.
CWD Management Zone: Attention deer hunters, Boeuf WMA is locat-
ed within a CWD Management Zone. See page 12 for more informa-
tion about deer carcass transport regulations.

CLOSED during any gun deer season (modern or primitive firearms).
Open to squirrel hunting during the spring season, May 1-9 with or
without dogs. On that portion designated as Small Game Emphasis
Area, same as outside, and training of beagles for rabbit and dogs for
squirrel allowed same as outside. Waterfowl Sanctuary CLOSED to all
public access Nov. 1 - March 7. See map for details.
